The pricing for the dinner includes:
- Coaches Cambridge to Duxford and back
- Optional guided tour of Duxford's IWM
- Exclusive use of the AirSpace Hangar from 19:00 - 24:00
- Arrival drinks reception 19:00-20:00, with prosecco or a sparkling elderflower alternative
- 3 Course dinner under the Concorde
- Spectacular atmospheric lighting and production within AirSpace and Conservation Hall projecting onto 30 iconic aircraft
- Freshly brewed coffee station
- Cloakroom area
- On site car parking and event security
- Optional private pub in Cambridge after the dinner
It is possible to pay the ticket in 2 instalments of 50% each.
The first instalment will be considered a non-refundable deposit. The second instalment should be paid before the 1st of January 2025 (1 month and a half prior to the dinner). We will send a remainder when the deadline is approaching.
We require a minimum deposit of 50% as that is the non-refundable deposit we will pay Duxford to confirm the dinner.
Refunds will be processed as follows:
- Before the 1st of January 2025: 50% of the cost of the ticket
- After the first of January 2025: 0% of the cost of the ticket
